$24.03 - $39.90

American Family's Rotation Analyst Development Program is an 18-month program beginning in September 2025. Our program provides recent college graduates a breadth of experiences and a well-rounded view of the enterprise. Participants go through three rotation assignments, each lasting six months, that build on their technical and leadership skills and prepare them for future roles within the organization. Accountabilities will vary by assignments with the intention of assignments being progressively more challenging as Analysts go through the program.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034

Relocation Support Offered for Eligible Candidates.

Participants will rotate through assignments within the core areas and have an opportunity to select a role in any track to provide a well-rounded view of the Enterprise and build their skill sets. Rotations may include Business Development, Claims, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product Management/Development, Risk Management, Sales, Underwriting, Data Science/Management, Cloud Technologies, IT Security, Architecture & Infrastructure Support.

Qualifications:

  • Received a Bachelor or Master's in December 2024 or Spring 2025
  • Exhibited leadership through campus activities and/or community outreach
  • Has had at least one internship or work experience in related field
  • Demonstrates American Family Enterprise values: Accountable, Caring, Courageous, Inclusive, Innovative and Trustworthy
  • Preferred: Excellent academic record, 3.0+ GPA
  • Eligible to work in the U.S on a permanent basis

Preferred areas of study

  • General Business: Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Math, Statistics and other business-related degree
  • Technology: Information Technology/Systems/Engineering, Computer Science or related field
