Technical Support Analyst

WellSky is seeking an energetic and personable Technical Support Analyst in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro to join our Connected Networks team. As aTechnical Support Analyst, you will provide application support to our clients, leveraging a variety of tools to troubleshoot and resolve application support issues. You will also work with Support Engineers, Solution Management, and other resources across the company in order to shape and drive forward the evolving vision for WellSky's Connected Networks. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and can focus on providing care to the populations they serve.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Review, troubleshoot, and document escalated software operational issues and technical issues
  • Assist Engineering and QA in identifying, debugging, testing, and resolving client-facing application issues
  • Document SalesForce cases to accurately reflect complete investigation steps taken with resulting outcomes, next steps, and resolutions while including details of all client communications
  • Escalate unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution
  • Ensure required response time and resolution times are met
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years related work experience
  • Ability to work as part of an on-call rotation
  • Availability to work a Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm CST schedule

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience engaging with customers
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel or SQL
  • Experience with HL7
  • Experience in healthcare support

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
