We're hiring a Terminal Process Development Director who is responsible for improvement, standardization, and optimization of processes across terminal facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations at the terminal level while also fostering innovation and process improvements aligned with the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and improving operational processes within terminal facilities, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies and a keen understanding of terminal operations, logistics, or supply chain management. This position requires travel greater than 50% of the time. The rest of the time is remote.
