Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:


  • Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues
  • Support Customers and distributors on Maximus products
  • Provide technical support to internal Maximus technology specialists
  • Monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues
  • Work closely with engineering department
  • Help to develop technical support tools for end users
  • Provide technical training to Distributors assign to your region
  • Work closely with Customer support team
  • Some travel may be required


Qualifications:


  • College Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology
  • 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Experience with agricultural technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
  • Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system
  • Customer Service Experience


Preferences:


  • Bilingual (Spanish or French)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
