Pay Rate $21-$22 DOE ABOUT THE ARC The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. As our enthusiastic and hardworking Counselor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Under the direction of the Lead Counselor is responsible for providing counseling care and education directly to clients/residents. As a team member in the Rehabilitation area, she/he promotes a climate for effective performance and learning through her/his attitudes, willingness to teach and learn and availability to client and staff. Encouragement is given to the individual to continue to seek experience and training, which will enhance her/his ability to work, more effectively with those who seek Salvation Army services. QUALIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Bachelors (required) Experience
Explanation for employment gaps (preferred)
2 years: Teaching or presenting material pertaining to Rehabilitation from addiction. (required) Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
