Job Summary:
Custodians at Recreation & Wellbeing are the guardians of our facilities and are key in creating welcoming and inclusive spaces. This position participates in the delivery of custodial services for Recreation & Wellbeing's facility services department, provides for the care and cleaning of the division's facilities and equipment, and ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas. Schedule consists of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and event coverage. Responsibilities: Cleans facilities, removes waste and recycling, and monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours. Ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in assigned areas.

Education: Preferred Qualifications: 3 months of previous cleaning, custodial, hospitality, or related experience within an academic, commercial, or residential environment preferred.
