Job Overview

The IT Development Engineer II (RPA) will be a core member of our RPA Community of Service and will be responsible for the development, configuration and testing of Robotic Process Automations. In addition to the implementation of RPAs, this role will collaborate with other team members and business partners in the identification of potential automations and recommended process improvements as appropriate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IT and Business Teammates to identify potential RPA business process candidates
  • Coordinate with business partners to re-imagine and improve business processes as appropriate
  • Writes code in a high-level programming language (i.e. Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, HTML)
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and support Robotic Process Automations using UiPath and CCCI best practices
  • Contribute to the CCCI shared library of RPA components and best practices
  • Write diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults
  • Create and maintain documentation related to developed components and automations
  • Participates in rotational on-call support, maintenance activities and other duties as determined by the team

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to Identify existing business processes suitable for RPA
  • Ability to design well-structured and efficient RPA processes and objects following standard principles and practices
  • Ability to proactively coordinate security related best practices and solutions with IT security and agile delivery teams
  • Ability to document, evangelize, and guide RPA adoption and implementations across agile delivery teams
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of data

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years direct experience with UiPath (or similar) RPA configuration and development
  • 3-5 Years experience with high level programming languages and frameworks (ex: Java, C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, HTML)
  • 3-5 Years of SDLC experience - tools, frameworks and best practices
  • 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience is either or both UiPath and Power Automate Desktop
  • Agile Delivery in a Matrixed organizational Structure
  • MS Azure Environment Development experience
  • MS Azure DevOps or GIT experience
  • Familiarity with data integrations and exchange frameworks (jSON, XML, EDI)
  • BS in Computer Science or Information Technology related field
  • Robotic Process Automation Certification
