This position, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, will provide higher level administrative support to the various activities within the CoS Deans office. This position will also be responsible for HR activities within the Deans Office and Academic and Research Computing Services (ARCS), in addition to managing faculty administrative tasks. Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate administrative services within a large campus unit. Areas of responsibility can include administrative affairs associated with human resources, purchasing, budgets and financial records and general clerical support within the unit. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: unit management and staff. This position will supervise: assigned unit administrative personnel. Responsibilities
