Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team.

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: Remote

JOB STATUS: Full-time

JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Astrion provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role ensures a smooth recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance reporting. The Talent Acquisition should also have an understanding of basic recruiting in order to help serve as a back up to the recruiting team as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance or willingness to learn.

  • Knowledge of basic recruiting within the government contracting space.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Experience in ICIMS

  • Experience with gov con recruiting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages ATS updates and candidate records to ensure compliance with government contracting regulations.

  • Assists with the preparation and posting of job ads.

  • Prepares and maintains recruitment-related reports, including diversity and compliance reports.

  • Processes offer within the ATS.

  • Recruit as needed.

  • Help incumbent capture efforts as needed.
