APPLY About The Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology The Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology, part of Cornell Research & Innovation, serves as an interdisciplinary research center for life sciences at Cornell University. Since 2008, its faculty have conducted cutting-edge research from basic molecular mechanisms to human diseases, fostering collaboration across diverse fields such as Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, and Plant Biology. With 12 faculty members and about 150 students, postdocs, and technicians, the Institute is based in Weill Hall on Cornell's Ithaca campus. An administrative team of six supports the Institute under the guidance of the Director of Administration. The Opportunity A self-motivated, service-oriented individual is needed to provide administrative support to faculty and lab members, as well as assist the Research and Administrative Manager with the preparation and submission of basic grant proposals. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative needs for at least five research labs and offering targeted support for grant-related tasks. Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) endowed position that is based in Ithaca, NY and fully on-site. Work hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Rewards and Benefits
