Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for an Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Hardware Program Integrator to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, Hardware Product Office (HW PdO). This position is based in Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Support the Hardware Product Office (HW PdO) leadership on all business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities associated with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) procurement and delivery for IBCS system production.
- Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and systems engineering teams to develop independent cost estimates, contracts requirement packages, acquisition strategies, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with industry OEM counterparts' contracts, program management, engineering, and logistics teams to track and manage the status of GFE components.
- Represent the Hardware Product Office leadership when the government leader is unavailable.
- Develop strategic internal/external written and verbal communications for ongoing activities, including weekly Situation Reports, updates to Command and Staff charts, and responses to taskers.
- Manage and support coordination and strategic communications with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), domestic partners, and internal PMO functional leads/teams.
- Coordinate IPTs, meetings, and working groups, develop briefings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests for IFMC Hardware Product Office-related products, ensuring proper marking per PMO information security standards.
- Develop and maintain historical archives to preserve briefings, decisions, and activities for reference and leadership institutional knowledge.
- Assess long-range factors that may impact the programmatic or technical progress of the project.
- Provide periodic reviews with representatives to determine project status, coordinate phasing of actions, manage cost, schedule, and performance risks, and identify alternative risk mitigation approaches.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
- 10+ years of experience in business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management.
- Strong understanding and experience with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks within a team environment.
- Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations.
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, FAAD C2, and ADAM.
- Experience with integration of Army Air and Missile Defense Sensor or Weapon Platform systems such as Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC).
