DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of custodial tasks, including washing, waxing, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures. You will clean rugs and floors in offices, hallways, and entryways using vacuum cleaners and brooms. Additionally, you will maintain restrooms by cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other related fixtures. You will manage waste disposal by emptying trash into designated containers or dumpsters. To ensure a safe and clean environment, you will also clear snow and debris from walkways and entrances. It is essential to remain knowledgeable about the potential hazards of the job and adhere to safety protocols, performing all duties in compliance with DMVA's general safety rules and specific safety guidelines for the position. - Full-time employment, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Previous cleaning experience
- Possession of a Class C drivers license
