Position Description

Performs routine clerical duties according to prescribed procedures and methods. Work may include filing, verifying, sorting, typing and related duties with instruction being given for all new assignments.

About the Department and/or College

The School of Law has approximately 440 students and 38 full-time faculty members. The School of Law is an integral part of the University and offers 10 dual-degree programs with other Texas Tech schools and colleges. The School of Law has a strong focus on students and is committed to a practical education to produce practice-ready graduates.

Major/Essential Functions

Greet visitors by phone and in person, provide assistance or referral, provide information;

Required Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent with no experience. This is an entry level position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an office. Greeting visitors and answering the phone.

Adherence to robust safety practices and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations are responsibilities of all TTU employees.
