Assistant Professor - Sociology 39258BR SASW Position Description The Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Social Work in the College of Arts & Sciences at Texas Tech University invites applications for a full-time, 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin September 1st, 2025. About the Department/School/Area The Sociology Program in the Department of SASW has 13 full-time faculty members as well as instructors, lecturers, and affiliated faculty. As one of the largest and fastest-growing undergraduate programs on campus, we offer bachelor's degrees in sociology and criminology in addition to a master's degree in sociology. We also have an innovative accelerated bachelor's to master's degree program that allows selected students to earn graduate credit while an undergraduate.
