The Valet Attendant Supr supervises the day-to-day operations of the valet service ensuring that it runs in a safe and efficient manner.
The Valet Attendant Supr provides personal vehicle parking and retrieval services for the parking guests while offering exceptional customer service in a high energy environment. This position maintains expected personal appearance standards. The Valet Attendant Supr performs all maintenance and cleaning tasks necessary to maintain the parking areas in patient/visitor-ready state. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Valid Virginia Driver's License with positive points on DMV record Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Valid Virginia Driver's License and acceptable driver's record with positive points Experience REQUIRED: Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles Previous supervisory experience Previous experience using a computer and using Microsoft Office application and e-mail/calendaring Experience PREFERRED: Previous professional driving experience Prior valet experience Education/training REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent Education/training PREFERRED: Post High School coursework Second language Independent action(s) required: Must be able to work independently within established guidelines. Must be able to multi task and follow directions. Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Supervises the day-to-day operations of the assigned valet staff, ensuring the valet operation assigned runs in a safe and efficient manner. Additional position requirements: Required to work during inclement weather with day and evening rotations. May be required to work some weekends for special events.
