Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Construction will direct/supervise the Project Management staff and assist the VP of F & C & Corporate Director of Construction in managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization. Will inspect OSHPD permitted projects as assigned by the VP of F & C. Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. California Licensed Architect
3. OSHPD IOR, Class A or B license
4. California Driver's license
5. Three (3) years' experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction
6. Proficient in Word, Excel and Project Planner

Preferred qualifications:

1. Four year college degree or vocational training specific to this occupation preferred
