Purchasing Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, tracking, and managing requests for purchase orders in our electronic purchasing software. You will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Excel, and be a self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a good people person, who can build strong relationships and networks with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and our purchasing department to create and maintain requests for PO's and other documentation related to these requests.
Provide support to various departments as needed to resolve purchasing issues.
Meet requirements of customer proactively and professionally in an orderly and timely delivery.
Apply and follow workflow protocols when entering purchasing requests.
Verify with various departments of goods/services received.
Collaborating with buyers to resolve purchasing issues.
Attend required meetings.
Support team members in various degrees of data entry.
General office supply inventory management and ordering.
Purchases services, goods and assets required in the operation of the business.
Follow established purchasing policies and procedures.
Administer contract and supplier files to maintain compliance with JLL and JLL client requirements, for example related to certificates of insurance (COIs), contract amendments, task orders, notice letters, and other contract communications.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
2+ years of experience in purchasing in a facilities management setting.
Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
