Job Title: Shipside Operations Specialist Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: 6 months Shifts: All submitted candidates should be available to work variable shifts based on business need, 1st and 2nd. Job Summary: The Shipside Operations Specialist will assist in coordinating the resolution of emergent shipside issues to support specific operations. The role involves providing feedback on assessments, supporting team members in implementing strategies, and updating tracking tools. The specialist will ensure parts availability by communicating status through automated systems and manual reporting methods, as well as identifying and resolving issues related to parts, materials, and tools to maintain inventory and system accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Assist with cross-functional activities to address and resolve shipside issues. Provide limited feedback on assessment results and assist in strategy implementation. Update and maintain tracking and visibility tools for operational processes. Communicate parts and materials status using both automated systems and manual reporting methods. Analyze and resolve discrepancies in parts, materials, and tools to ensure system and inventory accuracy. Identify and address problems related to parts and materials using established procedures. Coordinate with various teams to prioritize tasks, expedite production activities, and prevent schedule delays. Work under general supervision to support overall operations. Basic Skills/Qualifications: Boeing experience required. Experience with the following systems: Velocity REDARS (Engineering Information Delivery) Product Standards Data System (PSDS) Integration Visualization Tool (IVT) 3+ years of manufacturing experience. 1+ years of experience in operations analysis. 1+ years of experience with root cause analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Project Management.
