"I can succeed as a Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics at Capital Group." As a Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics, you will lead the Business Insights and Analytics team and contribute to the Investment Operations Long Term Strategic Plan. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, prioritizing, and executing work with peers, and leveraging technical expertise to design and implement a unified suite of reporting and self-service solutions for Data Excellence and data-driven insights. As both a player and a coach, you will foster a culture where associates feel valued, engaged, and able to connect their contributions to Capital Group's broader strategic priorities. To thrive in this role, you'll lead the design, building, and maintenance of a unified suite of reporting, analytics, and self-service solutions across one or more Investment Operations domain areas. You'll partner with data and technology teams across Investment Operations to support the delivery of outcomes with high levels of complexity that span across multiple capabilities and stakeholders. You will define and utilize best practices for citizen-developed solutions, connecting Data Governance, Enablement, and Literacy best practices. You'll also define, create, and maintain analytics used for increased Business Management insights for global Investment Operations leaders. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

*Internal deadline to apply: Friday, 12/6 Southern California Base Salary Range: $193,464-$328,889In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
