What You Will Do: * Grow sales of ESD lighting, energy and controls products, and services in NCE Southern Oregon territory * Collaborate with ESD manager, Service Center Managers, and construction/industrial outside sales personnel to identify lighting retrofit/conservation opportunities * Develop andimplement business planning to support the objectives and initiatives of the Energy Solutions Division * Maintain a workingknowledge of utility incentive/rebate programs * Target and growlighting retrofit/conservation opportunities with identified lighting/electrical contractors * Call on property managers, institutions and building owners to secure lighting retrofit/ conservation opportunities * Perform lighting and lighting controls retrofit audits with ecoInsight auditing tool * Identify ancillary product opportunities and engage NCE associates as required to build a comprehensive, overall solution (i.e. EV Charging, Solar, VFD's, etc.) * Effectively create and professionally present conservation proposals in accordance with utility programs and ESD standards * Learn and develop knowledge of basic lighting controls - low voltage, wireless, and hybrid lighting controls * Post and update projects and opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 360 * Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: * Three to five years of experience in the electrical industry * Ability to negotiate and close opportunities * Working knowledge of existing lighting conditions and lighting retrofit * Knowledge of regional utility incentive programs * Strong communication and marketing skills * Motivated, self-starter, outgoing, team player, with positive attitude * Competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) * Proof of a clean driving record with no major infractions in the past 3-5 years Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Frequent use of smart phone and laptop/ tablet * Frequent travel/driving to territory service centers, project sites, and customer locations in Southern Oregon * Combination of office and field environments What We Offer You We offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates:
