(On-Site Work - Not Remote). The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) educates 265 medical students and more than 300 physician residents and fellows annually. Additionally, it provides clinical care to more than 31,000 patients annually and conducts basic science, clinical and outcomes research. UICOMP is a regional campus of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, a part of the University of Illinois Chicago and University of Illinois System. Description: Position Summary The Program Coordinator (Coordinator of Programming and Standardized Patients) performs administrative academic program duties under the general supervision of the Director of Simulation. This position supports faculty and content experts in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of simulation-based curriculum/programs. They will also lead the training of Standardized Participants for clinical simulations. The position takes a leadership role in the development and revision of campus-wide and/or departmental curricular policies and procedures. This position spans Undergraduate (UME) and Graduate Medical Education (GME). Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $20.31-$45.27 Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the full range for a position.
