Position Summary
A Research Assistant Professor in the Mo lab will consist of independently conducting research experiments and submitting grant proposals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research involving specific microscopy techniques
  • Develop new projects and apply for independent grants.
  • Advising graduate and undergraduate students.
  • Evaluate and analyze data
  • Preparing and submitting grant applications.
  • Collaborate with Project Investigators to coordinate data collection measures and protocols
  • Update PI on laboratory ongoing activities and issues.
  • Preparing journal manuscripts for publication.
  • Imaging system development and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
  • The previously determined salary range for this position was
    $70,000 to $80,000


  • Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications
    3-5 years' experience in a research setting
    Minimum PhD degree in health, biological or chemical sciences or related field
