Conducts tracking and executing Kaizen events, coordinating with employees on the production floor and supporting all operational excellence efforts in the production facility. Works cross-functionally across the organization to facilitate effective project completion, identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal and cost reduction. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. May provide training and assistance to lower-level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
