St. Ann's Community is currently looking for part time Transportation Coordinator located on the Webster Campus. The primary focus of this position involves scheduling of transportation for the campus, and maintaining Independent Living records, supporting admissions/discharges, including accounting functions, and acting as a liaison between elders and staff.

Job Description:



  • Operates quickly and professionally a multi-line phone.
  • Welcomes elders, families, visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Performs all receptionist duties to include; directing visitors to elders, mail and packages, answering questions from the public, elders and staff with tact, discretion, and good judgment.
  • Acts as information center.
  • Assists elders in any way possible such as providing resource, encouragement and facilitate emergency assistance.
  • Responds to billing inquiries to include charges, refunds and credits
  • Coordinate effort to support a smooth transition in onboarding new move in's to Independent Living
  • Completes chart set up for Independent living move in's to include on-going updates.
  • Transfers record when elder moves out of independent living, coordinates move with family and initiates discharge paperwork including accounting of refunds.
  • Creates and forwards requisition for needed supplies.
  • Responds to all messages received during and after office hours.
  • Processes delivery of packages, plants and other material accepted.
  • Assist with work order requests.
  • Maintains all telephone and emergency contact lists.
  • Performs administrative support duties, to include; typing, calendar creation, flyer creation, memos, making copies and using the fax machine.
  • Develop and implements procedures related to community living- i.e.: fob management, vehicle information/parking
  • Schedules transportation requests for elders and creates correlating staff schedule.
  • Makes arrangements for the service needs of the vehicles
  • Tracks and process DMV renewal of all Cherry Ridge vehicles
  • Create, update and maintain monthly transportation statistics
  • Create, update and maintain monthly DOT reports
  • Calls back residents to confirm transportation schedule
  • Forwards driving needs to Resident Services Manager for upcoming week
  • Maintains DOT spreadsheets and monthly reports



Candidate Requirements:



  • High school diploma or (GED) required
  • 2 year college or technical school preferred
  • Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Publisher
