ACARA Solutions and our client in Irvine, CA have a contract-to-direct hire position available

Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator

$30.00-$33.00 per hour plus OT
Cable assembly, Mechanical assembly down to 0-80 size hardware, Fiber Optic cable handling, PCB handling, and Special Material (RF absorber and Thermal Pad) cutting and placement.
Repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations for electronic and mechanical components, such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabrication and inspection functions within research, production, or pre-production environments. This includes building and integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large, complex systems. Additionally, you will work on RF and multi-function cables and harnesses, as well as perform soldering tasks, including ribbon and strip line soldering, to ensure optimal RF performance.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience as a Manufacturing/Production Operator.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Certification in manufacturing.
  • Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer devices.
  • Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking.
  • Distinct communication and computer skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
