Responsibilities Ensures the procurement and inventory management of high technology materials, equipment, and services, aligning with supply chain optimization and management goals. Coordinates material sourcing for new product introduction (NPI) projects in collaboration with R&D. You will have the opportunity to join the Santa Rosa NPI Materials/Supply Chain Team to elevate your materials procurement expertise. Optimize new product designs for manufacturability and supply chain design with Keysight's New Product Development and Manufacturing teams. Additionally, manage supplier relationships by collaborating with the NPI Global Procurement Organization. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and developing and executing commodity plans. You will play a crucial role in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives. This involves drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to secure the best possible outcomes for the organization. You may also participate in or lead process improvement efforts in areas such as NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality. This role offers strong growth opportunities in various procurement focus areas, including supplier quotations, supplier selection, direct material purchases, supplier performance evaluation, and procurement strategy development. Your expertise in contract management and negotiations will be key to driving successful supplier partnerships and achieving strategic procurement goals. Qualifications A customer-first mindset! Bachelor's degree, or similar experience, in supply chain management, business, international business, or finance.
