Global Tradeshow Coordinator

The Global Tradeshow Coordinator will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of trade show and event logistics to increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement on a global scale across all business units. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (corporate & product marketing, sales and business development, logistics and others), external vendors, and international partners to ensure that each event aligns with corporate objectives and brand standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive approach to managing and troubleshooting event details.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Event Planning and Strategy

  • Develop and implement trade show strategies in alignment with marketing and business development goals.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Business Development to Research, recommend, and select trade shows and events that will provide the highest ROI and support brand positioning.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and aligned with financial goals


Logistics Coordination

  • Handle end-to-end logistics for trade shows, including vendor selection, shipping, accommodation, transportation, booth setup, and tear-down.
  • Manage tradeshow inventory and inspect equipment when it returns to ensure materials are still good and have returned as they were shipped.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop booth designs, promotional materials, and displays that meet brand standards.
  • Manage the shipping of materials to and from international venues, ensuring timely and secure transportation.


Vendor and Partner Management

  • Negotiate contracts and build relationships with event venues, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee the installation and dismantling of booths, ensuring compliance with venue regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate staffing for events, assisting with managing schedules, accommodation, and travel for participating team members.


Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting

  • Conduct post-event evaluations with show attendees and product marketing and business development to determine event success, including attendee feedback, lead generation metrics, and ROI.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on event performance, insights, and recommendations for future trade shows.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure follow-up on leads generated from events.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop pre- and post-event promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure the latest product information, samples, and promotional materials are available for trade shows.
  • Facilitate communication between international teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and execution.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field or 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or a related role, ideally on a global scale.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work non-standard hours as needed for event execution.


Salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.
