Supply Chain Professionals

We are looking for talented, highly motivated, customer-centric Supply Chain Professionals for multiple roles from individual contributors to management levels.

Our Supply Chain team members lead supply analysis and sourcing plan processes; collaborate with production teams; develop and refine supply options; and aim to balance service and cost. These roles lead the operations planning function including packaging and raw material procurement, production planning, and scheduling to meet the requirements of service and quality, satisfying safety and environmental regulations.

We have open roles at multiple US facilities.

Responsibilities, depending on level/location, may include:

• Develop and support planners and analysts in aspects of execution of inventory and supply plans
• Implement models to set safety stock levels in a multi-echelon supply chain, monitor and adjust based on supply chain performance.
• Measure inventory health and initiate actions to minimize at risk inventory and improve inventory health. Improve outlets for excess inventory.
• Ensure that the supply chain is set up to improve working capital to achieve required service levels. Perform analytics to aid in inventory replenishment and safety stock settings and analyzing stock vs. made to order items.
• Develop supply plan to meet the demand plan while balancing service levels & working capital.
• Work with purchasing to manage the strategic and commercial aspects of vendor relationships for purchased finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
• Oversee purchasing raw materials within published lead times and at the lowest possible cost.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain, including working with supply sources, setting stock levels and parameters, measure performance, and implement actions where needed to achieve high service levels with optimum inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Supply Chain experience in a batch manufacturing facility
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• APICS certification
• Oracle and/or SAP experience
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups) and Power BI
