MaineHealthFranklin Hospital is seeking anexperiencedAdvancePractice Provider (APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)to join our Occupational Health Group. TheAdvanced Practice Provider (APP) will work with an established growing group of professionals with over 108 year-combined experience. The APP will provide medical care and occupational health services tothe patientswithin the scope of their privileges under the general direction of the Director of Occupational Health. The certified practitioner will maintain prescriptive authority and comply withlicensurerequirements.A preference for individuals with training or experience in Occupational Health is desirable but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion ofaccreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Three years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experiencepreferred.
  • Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible forlicensure.
  • Current BLScertification.
  • DOT Certificationrequiredwithin 6 months of employment.
