Manager of Ambulatory Finance Job Responsibilities:
- Supports and coordinates budgets and forecasts.
- Leads analyst project work and fosters staff development, either formally or informally.
- Coordinates ad hoc financial analyses.
- Assists in ad-hoc Oracle reporting.
- Assists in Pro-formas and models.
- Assists in Service line meeting support and presentation (in coordination with the acute finance team).
- Supports and coordinates with corporate accounting monthly.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of financial lookback analyses.
- Supports wRVU reporting, compilation, and respective communication to service lines.
- Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not be limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing the performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
Additional Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday day-shift, remote
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5 years of Management relevant professional experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership, overseeing project work, either with or without direct supervisory. Previous healthcare or medical group financial experience preferred.
