Production Associate

As aProduction Associateyou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment such as machining, processing, assembly, or packaging machines.

• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods efficiently to meet production goals.

• Monitor the quality of output, identifying, discarding, or re-manufacturing faulty products as needed.

• Load and unload parts from production lines, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.

• Perform tasks such as masking, unmasking, and touch-up work as part of the production process.

• Inspect parts coming down the production lines to ensure they meet specified quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in monitoring quality and handling materials.

• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Able to lift and handle materials as required.

• Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance with safety standards.
