Individuals considering this opportunity must be local to the Denver area or able to relocate on their own. The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job training, e-learning modules, expert-led sessions, and immersive residency trips.
