The Position: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the BPI job shop production team located within the Dover Precision Components 150,000 sq/ft. joint manufacturing facility in Pearland, driving productivity while ensuring a safe and collaborative environment. The Operations Supervisor will direct and coordinate the activities of the respective production area in processing, manufacturing and repairing products. What you will Bring:
