Continue the work with Dr. Thomas Desmidt and Dr. Karim at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Tours, France. This involves the development of a machine learning algorithm that uses multiple modalities to predict dementia as well as other related disorders using deep neural networks and graph convolutional neural networks. Second project will focus on the development of a machine learning algorithm to predict self-reported worry during a worry-induction fMRI task. This algorithm will focus on using fMRI data to predict worry, neutral, and reappraisal blocks as well as individual ratings of self-reported worry in the scanner. This will then be used to predict worry levels at rest and compared to self-reported worry during rest and chronic out-of-scanner worry.
