Description

You will collaborate with Dr. Manakkat Vijay and Dr. Nick Pease in the Singh lab, to analyze signaling and transcriptional mechanisms that control the generation of plasma cell precursors using both murine and human cell systems. A particular focus will be the interplay of BCR, CD40, IL-21 with TIGIT signaling in plasma cell generation and their longevity. The proposed work requires strong expertise in immunology, signaling, and molecular biology. You have the requisite training and experience to deploy planned experimental approaches and to learn new ones.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences or related fields.
