We are seeking a Manager to join our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUCC) team in Philadelphia, Pa.
We are a mental health urgent care/walk-in center for adults in need of same-day care that is not an emergency in Philadelphia. We serve individuals experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, and/or substance use concerns. Individuals will participate in triage, resolution-focused services, and aftercare planning to prepare for long-term recovery and connection to ongoing care. We serve individuals regardless of income or insurance status. Our services do not replace the need for ongoing mental health care; rather, we aim to reduce avoidable visits to crisis centers and emergency rooms by helping people get the care they need when they need it.
Position Details
Oversees the BHUCC facilities, staff and clinical care coordination. Supervises a team of mental health clinicians, substance use treatment professionals, clinical interns and support staff including: supervisor, intake coordinators, and administrative assistants. Position leads efforts to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based resolution focused care to individuals experiencing urgent mental health and substance use challenges. The BHUCC Manager works across disciplines to ensure the sustainability of operational and business practices within a clinical setting.
This individuals' responsibilities will also include:
* Overseeing the BHUCC facilities, staff and clinical care coordination.
* Supervising a team of mental health clinicians, substance use treatment professionals, and support staff including care coordination supervisor, peer engagement specialists, intake coordinator, and administrative assistant.
Earn up to $85,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
* Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Experience working in behavioral health crisis services strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of mental health crises and urgent care services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
* Must be able to work onsite, Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm with rotating weekends.
