We are seeking a Team Lead to join our team in our Harrisburg, PA location supporting Dauphin County. Position Details The team leader will establish, administer, and direct the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) staff, who provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervise and evaluate the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support. * Ensure excellence in the services provided to program consumers. * Function as a practicing clinician on the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Masters' Degree in the human services field of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, or Psychology. * License eligible. * Supervisory and program management experience is required. * This candidate also must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. * This candidate must have a clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and be knowledgeable about the ACT model.
