General Description: The position of Administrative Director, Supply Chain Informatics is responsible for leading all information systems and processes that support the operations of the Supply Chain throughout OU Health, including the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and master data files, contract management software, GPO databases, various Supply Chain technology side systems, and data analytics platforms. This position also manages all of the people that are responsible for developing and supporting these systems. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. - Leads and/or directs improvement efforts with customers throughout OU Health, Supply Chain staff, and end users in order to enhance and execute daily work within these systems.
- Leads strategic planning work for Supply Chain Informatics team, including planning, initiation, and implementation, ensuring initiatives complete on time and within budget.
- Responsible for the overall measurement, analytic support, and internal control within Supply Chain for OU Health.
- Works in close partnership with OU Health IT Services leadership and other business functions peers in relation to larger strategic needs of the entities across OU Health.
- Supports and works extensively with the leaders of Supply Chain as well as others within the hospital to assist with data accumulation, analysis, data visualization, preparation, and presentation.
- Works with others both within the department and OU Health to understand information needs, support requests for data and present analysis and recommendations.
- Oversees technical projects in addition to redundancy and data backup in conjunction with disaster preparedness and downtime procedures.
- Establishes tools and mechanisms to gather, aggregate, measure and report on key cost and operational issues.
- Creates and oversees processes to ensure strong internal controls related to vendor and item master files.
- Facilitates processes and support for these systems, managing changes and resolving issues that span work teams and the departments impacted by directing activities and staff in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, supporting, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
- Uses experience and judgment to manage and accomplish goals on complex Supply Chain issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables.
- Manages a portfolio of systems ranging from highly strategic and business critical, while seeking out improvements to enhance work function.
- Interviews, hires, conduct performance evaluations, trains and attends to personnel issues with staff under his/her area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Technical or Business-related Bachelor's degree field preferred. Master's degree preferred. Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience required , including at least 2 or more years in Supply Chain management or Supply Chain Informatics role required. Prefer 4 or more years of experience in Supply Chain. Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: None required. Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) through American Hospital Association preferred. Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement program is preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Comprehensive knowledge of data protection principles.
- Ability to think strategically and execute at the tactical level.
- Experience using metrics to drive decisions and working with external vendors.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Supply Chain functional area.
- Demonstrated business understanding and ability to balance people/ organizational decisions with business considerations
- Guides individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering leading quality services
- Ability to maintain integrity and trust among leadership and staff.
- Proven ability to manage a team of professionals and lead a departmental function.

- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools and Supply Chain analytics.
