About the Team: The NOA Sales department establishes retail customer strategies and influences key partners to leverage our common goals. The team cultivates strong account partnerships to drive volume objectives, maximize opportunities and magnify the Nintendo brand in Omni-channel shopping experiences.


DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming phone calls, mail/packages and email.
  • Provides administrative support to the group including arrangement of meetings, travel, conference calls, expense tracking, and other related tasks.
  • Coordinates flow of information to and from key internal and external resources
  • Acts as liaison with other departments.
  • Coordinates and works on special projects as needs arise.
  • Manages special projects/events, including preparing and maintaining project plans and budgets.
  • Assists with budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project and department activities that may be across functional areas within the organization.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent PC skills and advance-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and project).
  • Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks.
  • Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems, or requires deep administrative or analytical/technical skills in a single area.
  • Familiarity in Visio a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and related business experience.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $32.45 - $51.92 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
