We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Marketing to lead a key initiative focused on driving member growth and increasing sales within our organization. This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in sales, marketing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and excels in managing tight timelines while delivering impactful marketing solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving member growth, engagement, and retention. Partner with senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts support broader organizational goals and initiatives. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer relationships, refine messaging, and drive revenue growth. Ensure marketing programs are aligned with sales objectives and customer needs. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide regular feedback and development opportunities for team members. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work effectively across various departments, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences. Corporate and Strategic Accounts: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to corporate and strategic accounts, focusing on maximizing growth potential and enhancing customer satisfaction. Strategic Accounts Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies specifically tailored for corporate and strategic accounts. Focus on maximizing growth potential and increasing customer satisfaction through targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns. Partnership and Channel Development: Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and external partners, to create and execute joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth and business success. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing the development of effective marketing campaigns. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to leadership. Quarterly Business Reviews:Oversee the creation of quarterly business review materials for sales teams, ensuring that the content is impactful, relevant, and aligned with customer needs. Provide strategic input to help guide customer-facing discussions and relationships. Crisis Management & Adaptability: Lead marketing efforts through dynamic and high-pressure situations. Adapt strategies quickly to address shifting priorities and evolving market conditions while ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education *Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Work Experience *10 + years relevant marketing leadership, ideally in a customer-focused or B2B environment, with a track record of successfully driving marketing strategies that align with business growth and customer satisfaction. Sales experience a plus Key Qualifications*Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team, manage cross-functional relationships, and foster a collaborative environment. *Expertise in working closely with sales teams to drive alignment, optimize marketing programs, and support business development efforts. *Strong strategic thinking, with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance measurement. Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies. *Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence at all levels of the organization. *Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs, budget oversight, and optimizing resources to meet business objectives. Certification *No certification generally required Travel *Ability to travel as necessary Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
