Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from first-year law students interested in Intellectual Property to the firm's 2025 Summer Associate Program, supporting our Electronics Practice Group in the following offices: Boston, Milwaukee, San Diego or Washington, D.C.

Law students who are in their first year at an ABA-accredited law school are eligible to apply. Candidates must have a background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related discipline. Our ideal candidates have demonstrated a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and the broader community; are eager to confront new challenges and responsibilities; take satisfaction in developing practical, winning solutions; value an environment where everyone is treated with mutual support and respect; and do their best work when functioning as part of a team.   • First semester law school transcript (when available)
  • Complete undergraduate transcripts

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the annual salary for this position is $225,000, prorated for time spent at the firm.
