Job Summary:
This position will work within the MBA and Master's admissions team to develop and implement recruitment plans, organize events, evaluate admissions applications, and represent the institution to prospective graduate students with the goal of attracting, admitting and enrolling a talented and diverse student body. The position will support the building of diverse recruitment channels for candidates and managing the recruitment relationships with ROMBA, Consortium, Forte and/or MBA Vets. In the role, they are responsible to build corporate relationships and promote the working professional programs. This position will work both independently and collaboratively to develop new programs and ideas while thinking of ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment tactics. This role will be a member of the admissions committee that will evaluate candidates to our MBA and Master's programs to build a diverse group of students in each program. The successful person in this role will have to demonstrate a background of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
