Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Facilities Specialist based at our administrative location in Phoenix, AZ.

At Least One Years' Relevant Work Experience in the following: Maintenance and Administrative Support

(May work some weekends and overtime)

Monday-Friday

8am-4:30pm

You will be supporting Terros Health locations throughout the valley

The Facilities Specialist position is responsible for the administration of inventory systems and annual inventory reconciliation process, Central Office's parking management, access control systems, intrusion and fire safety systems, fleet management and administration, rental vehicle processing, and coordinating medical and non-medical equipment repairs and replacements.

The incumbent has the additional responsibilities of assisting the Crisis Program with the setup and administration of the Solari fleet system as necessary. The incumbent will assist with procuring supplies, equipment, services, and furnishings for day-to-day use or project-based. The individual will also manage projects and other duties as assigned.

Facilities Specialist Duties include:



  • Manages inventory systems including tracking new equipment, carrying out semi-annual or annual inventory reconciliation processes, inventory reporting, and working closely with Finance to manage fixed assets, depreciation, and disposition.
  • Manages and administers Central Office's parking assignment and management systems.
  • Manages access control system such as user access. Programs doors (add/remove) and administrates access profile and programming.
  • Maintain and manage the intrusion system.
  • Maintains security systems including lock identification, key file, and automatic access codes for facility locks and equipment requiring keys. Issues keys as authorized and maintains a record of all keys and codes.
  • Administrate and manage fleet management system and short-term rental processing. Manage, track, and distribute gas-cards and vehicle-use guideline.
  • Assists with moving furniture. Lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
  • Completes and submits paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Manages time wisely, remains productive while working independently.
  • Works required hours, and take initiative to inspect sites and provide recommendations to supervisor for site improvement, repairs, or projects.
  • Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
  • Participates on assigned committees and employee resource groups.
  • Expect to work on weekends and overtime from time to time to help facilitate community events such as health fairs, conferences, testing, or vaccine blitzes to name a few.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year Maintenance experience
  • 1 year Administrative Support experience
  • 1 year IT Facility Computer Experience Preferred
  • Experience in a health care setting Preferred.
  • Customer service experience is valued.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, have the proper skills and experience.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.
