Summary

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants:

0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment

Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - CRMA role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Graduate of a state-approved Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) program required. 3. Experience: Experience as a CNA/CRMA preferred. Experience or interest in working with older adults preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
