$10,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid in 3 installments, prorated for PartTime) Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible. Summary: Staff pharmacists fill/verify orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapy regimens, provide drug information, and supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required. 3. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred. 4.
