The primary function of this role is to provide night-shift (12 hour 4 on/4 off) remote support to Dematic Customers on production systems. Often, traveling is required for support and training purposes.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer satisfaction Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree Experience with Dematic Walmart Installs Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must 5+ year's experience in a related field providing customer service support Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus Electrical troubleshooting experience Strong customer service mentality Ability to work in a team environment Strong verbal communication skills over the phone Ability to work independently
