LMI is looking for a Senior Technical Intelligence Officer and WIRe's CEIT Team Lead.

Responsibilities

    Support the WIRe management team with developing plans and schedules for tasks related to matrix and benchmarking.
  • Support automation efforts with WIRe's technical partners.
  • Ensure the team provides timely inputs to management and the DA front office on the matrix that they rely on to make quick and data centric decisions.
  • Have an expert understanding of the offices and teams that support the WIRe regarding customer engagement and innovation.
  • Support the creation of the appropriate dashboards used by WIRe and senior Agency management.
  • Provide constructive information and feedback to the WIRe's technical partners.
  • Work with partners to correct errors with the platform.
  • Work with WIRe front office to make innovations to the program and platform through business process improvement innovations.
  • Support the PM with monthly unclassified accomplishments and other PM expectations.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of leading a team of a least 4-5 people.
  • Be certified and experienced in SQL and Python, NLT 90 days after being hired into the position.
  • Have experience with Microsoft's Word (including the track changes function), PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with the Agency's technical and data management teams.
  • Expertise in understanding of the WIRe program and platform.
  • Experience engaging with Agency senior leadership and presenting information in a non-technical and concise manner.
  • Understanding of the WIRe Sensitive program.
  • Been previously chosen by the Agency to be the team lead for a program similar to the WIRe's CEIT.
  • Experience supporting innovation and business process improvement efforts across Directorates with a focus on the DA.
  • Be able to handle the occasional high-stress short deadline demands of an Agency office.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent projects and see them through to completion in a very dynamic mission requirement environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Hold a current ISSA/TS clearance.

Highly Desired:

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

  • Experience with SQL and dashboards.
  • Briefing senior leadership.
  • Experience with the WIRe platform.
  • Experience with the client's systems.

Target salary range: $100,300 - $176,528. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
