The Opportunity: UCF IT, Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking an IT Project and Planning, Manager to oversee PMO process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project/program/portfolio success. This role involves managing documentation, driving process improvements, and facilitating due diligence processes for proposed projects and programs. Facilitate communication and cross-functional teamwork, working closely with client stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure thorough discovery process and practice align with University strategy and goals. Responsible for tracking and publishing key performance indicators throughout the project/program/portfolio life cycle, ensuring transparency and accountability. Responsibilities:
