We are looking for a creative and driven individual to help our Video Team make big impressions with video assets. The Video Production Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing in-studio and traveling video projects for Advisors Excel and its clients. This position will coordinate video team projects to create a seamless experience for clients who book video and photography with AE Creative.
What you'll do:
- Create video project schedules and timelines in our creative management software to ensure we meet client deadlines
- Lead daily video team meetings to track progress of active projects, address past due tasks and prioritize needs based on urgency and staffing
- Review and maintain all advisor projects to ensure all deadlines are met by video producers
- Facilitate pre-production, consultation and post-production delivery of video projects
- Organize each client's in-studio video experience including personal touches during day of shoot, travel and communication between AE and the client
- Collaborate with the Video and Creative Teams on all Advisors Excel video projects: preparing props, setting shoot schedules, coordinating talent and creating/maintaining a budget for each project
- Research and stay current with market trends in video production and digital media

- Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
- Professional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types and all levels of staff
- Resourceful in solving problems and maximizing resources
- Able to be assertive; hold others accountable to deadlines and established expectations in a professional way
Bonus Points:
- Previous project management experience
- Ad agency and/or film experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
