We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer to join our Facilities Division team. In this role, you will provide high-quality and responsive service in the maintenance, repair, and installation of campus building envelopes, including all roofs and above/below grade waterproofing. As a crew leader, you will oversee a team of 2-5 employees consisting of trades workers, maintenance mechanics, and helpers. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork and collaboration are key to success. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various roofing systems while working in a supportive, professional setting dedicated to maintaining the university's infrastructure at the highest standards. Key responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
